We hire rarely and slowly, usually when a project makes a gap obvious. If the way the studio works sounds like how you want to work, write anyway — those emails get read, and they are where most of our hires have come from.

How the studio actually works.
Twenty-one services, one team, and one accountable lead per project. People here build things and talk to the client who asked for them.
There is no account-manager layer to hide behind, which suits some people and not others. You will sit near services that are not yours — the firmware engineer hears the film conversation, the editor hears the performance-budget argument — and that proximity is the point.
We take fewer projects at once so that handover is real and nothing gets rushed off a desk. That applies to how we hire too.
