Small and mid-size businesses
Ours looks dated next to theirs.
A site that matches how good the business actually is, and that your team can keep current.

Custom business websites, WordPress and React builds, landing pages and redesigns. Designed around what you actually need people to do, built on a speed budget agreed up front, and handed over so your team can run it without calling us.

Measuring…
The budget is agreed before the first line of code.
Most sites get slow the same way: a feature is added, then a font, then a tracking script, and nobody is holding a number. By launch it is a long list of small decisions nobody can unpick, and the fix is quoted as a separate project.
So we agree the speed budget with you at the start, and anything that would blow it gets discussed rather than quietly shipped. That sometimes means saying a carousel or a third analytics tool is not worth what it costs you.
We test on a mid-range Android over a throttled connection, because that is the device most traffic actually arrives on — not the laptop the site was designed on.

An example of how a typical project runs. Yours is scoped in discovery, so the shape changes with what you need.
Who it is for, what you need them to do, and which pages earn their place. Ends in a written scope and a fixed quote.
DiscoveryLaid out in Figma with your words and images, not placeholder text that hides how long your headings actually run.
DesignWordPress when your team needs to edit it daily, React and Vite when the site is doing something a theme cannot. The choice gets explained, not assumed.
DevelopmentCore Web Vitals checked on throttled mobile, keyboard paths and contrast checked, every page tested before anyone signs off.
Speed & accessibilityRedirects mapped so existing rankings survive a redesign, analytics wired before launch rather than a week after.
LaunchUpdates, backups, uptime monitoring and a person who answers — on a monthly retainer, or not at all if you would rather run it yourself.
MaintenanceMost delays come from one side waiting on the other without saying so. This is the split we start from.
Businesses where the site has a job to do — booking, inquiries, orders — and is not just a brochure nobody measures.

Can people book without calling?
Clear services, real hours, and a booking path that works on a phone in one hand.
We need something live before the raise.
A marketing site that explains the product clearly and ships in weeks, not quarters.
We design, we need it built properly.
Your designs built to spec, on your timeline, under your name if you prefer.

About 34 more conversions a month, on these numbers.
An estimate for illustration, not a quote. It assumes each second above the 2.5s 'good' threshold costs roughly 7% of conversions — a planning assumption, not a measurement of your site. Your real numbers come out of discovery.
Get a real estimateThe platform is a decision we make with you, not a default. WordPress when your team edits daily; React and Vite when the site has to do more than a theme allows.
No account-manager relay. The lead on your project is someone who builds, and they stay on it from the first call to the last deploy.
A fixed-fee discovery: what the site has to do, which pages earn their place, and what it will cost. You leave with a written scope either way.
Key pages laid out with your real content, early. You see how it actually reads before anything is built.
Built and tested in the open, with the speed budget measured as we go rather than audited at the end.
Your hosting, your accounts, your code, plus a walkthrough of the CMS. Maintenance is optional, never a condition.
It depends on how many pages there are and how much of it is custom, but you get a number before you commit. We start with a fixed-fee discovery that ends in a written scope and a fixed project quote. If the quote does not work, you keep the scope document and owe us nothing further.
WordPress when your team will edit pages regularly and the site is mostly content; it is the cheaper build and the easier handover. React and Vite when the site has to do something a theme cannot, like a calculator, a booking flow or a lot of structured data. We tell you which we think it is during discovery, and why.
That is the point of agreeing a speed budget before the first line of code. We pick the number with you, and anything that would blow it gets discussed rather than quietly shipped. We test on a mid-range Android over a throttled connection, because that is the device most traffic actually arrives on.
Yes. We hand over with a CMS your team can drive and a walkthrough of how to use it. If editing a page requires a deploy, we have built it wrong.
Not if the migration is done properly. We map every existing URL to its new home before launch, keep the redirects in place, and carry over the page titles and structure that are already earning traffic. Rankings can wobble for a few weeks after any migration, which is normal and worth knowing in advance.
We build to WCAG 2.2 AA — keyboard paths, contrast, focus order and screen-reader semantics as part of the build, not a remediation pass bolted on before launch.
No. At handover the hosting, the accounts and the code are yours, and you can take it to any developer. Maintenance is a monthly retainer for updates, backups, uptime monitoring and a person who answers — useful if nobody in-house wants to own it, but never a condition of the build.
The half-formed idea, the deadline that doesn't work, the budget you're not sure is enough. We'd rather hear that than a polished brief. It's the fastest way to know whether we're the right studio.
