Services — Support Guru

What we do

Twenty-one services that actually talk to each other.

Each one stands on its own. The advantage is what happens between them — the app team sitting with the film team, the firmware engineer in the room when the launch film gets storyboarded.

Website Design & Development

Sites that load before you notice them.

Marketing sites, storefronts and web apps built on a real performance budget. Accessible by default, fast on the phone someone actually owns, and handed over with a CMS your team can drive without calling us.

Custom Software, SaaS & MVPs

Systems built to be handed over.

Internal tools, APIs and data platforms. We write the boring parts properly — migrations, observability, tests around the logic that would cost you money if it broke — so the thing survives the first year.

Content Creation & Production

Edit, grade, sound, finish.

Product films, founder interviews, event cutdowns, and short-form cuts for every feed. Full post in-house — colour, sound design, motion graphics — delivered in every aspect ratio the channel needs, captioned and ready to schedule.

Performance Marketing

Growth that survives the first audit.

Paid media, SEO and lifecycle campaigns built on the same event pipelines the software team already writes — so the number you report is the number that's actually true, not the one the platform dashboard rounds up.

Smart & Agentic Websites

A site that answers, not just displays.

Websites that do something when a visitor arrives: an assistant that answers from your own documentation, content that adapts to what someone is looking at, and lead capture that follows up without anyone remembering to.

Mobile App Development

Android and iOS, from one codebase where it makes sense.

Native and cross-platform apps, built so the second platform is not a second project. Store submission, review handling and post-launch updates included rather than quoted separately.

AI Agents & Chatbots

Answers your customers get at 2am.

WhatsApp, website and social DM bots trained on your actual business - pricing, availability, policies and documentation - so they resolve enquiries rather than routing them to a queue.

AI Voice Agents

The call gets answered.

Inbound reception and outbound follow-up handled by a voice agent that books, confirms and escalates, in the language and accent your market expects.

AI Consulting & Training

Where AI actually helps, and where it does not.

An honest audit of where AI would save your team real hours, training so staff can use it properly, and a roadmap that sequences the work - including the parts we would tell you to skip.

Workflow & Business Automation

The work that happens whether anyone remembers or not.

Lead capture into CRM into follow-up, invoice chasing, report generation and the spreadsheet somebody updates by hand every Friday - wired together so they run themselves.

Data, Analytics & Dashboards

One number everyone agrees on.

Looker Studio and Power BI dashboards, GA4 set up so it tracks what matters, and reporting that answers the question rather than producing a PDF nobody opens.

Security & Compliance

Boring, until it is not.

Malware protection, SSL, backups and uptime monitoring, plus the consent and privacy basics GDPR expects, set up once and then monitored.

White-Label Services

Your brand on the invoice.

Development, editing, SEO and automation delivered under your agency's name - with the communication discipline that makes subcontracting safe rather than risky.

SEO & AI Search Optimisation

Found by Google, and by ChatGPT.

Technical and content SEO, plus the newer work of being citable by AI answer engines - schema, structured data and the kind of clear source content those systems quote.

Local Business Growth

Showing up on the map.

Google Business Profile, local SEO, review generation and the directories that still drive real enquiries in your market.

Personal Branding

The founder is the channel.

LinkedIn ghostwriting, founder video, podcast setup and thought-leadership content - built around what you actually think rather than a content calendar of platitudes.

IoT Solutions

Where the software meets something you can hold.

Prototyping, embedded firmware, connected devices and small-batch production. The rarest thing we do, and the reason the rest is different: when a team has shipped a physical product, deadlines stop being abstract.

Not sure which of these you need?

Most projects use two or three together, and the split is rarely obvious from the outside. Describe what you're trying to ship and we'll tell you which services it actually needs.

How engagements run

The same four steps, whatever we’re building.

No account-manager relay. The lead on your project is someone who builds, and they stay on it from the first call to the last deploy.

01

Scope

A week of hard questions. We map what you actually need and say plainly which parts we'd cut.

02

Prototype

Something real in front of you early, not a document about it. Opinions get cheaper.

03

Build

Two-week cycles, a demo at the end of each. You see progress, not status reports.

04

Hand over

Documentation, a walkthrough, and the keys. Support if you want it — never as a hostage.

Questions

The things people ask before they enquire.

It depends on scope, but we will give you a number before you commit to anything. Most engagements start with a paid discovery — a fixed fee, a week or two — which ends in a written scope and a real budget. If the budget does not work, you leave with the scope document and no obligation to continue.
